Altitudes and Aspects: South East; South West. From 200 to 280 meters above sea level
Soil: Deep, medium-textured, mainly sandy, located on a hill
Vineyard: Organic fertilization and legume green manure. Mechanical weeding
Training method: Spurred cordon
Grapes: Sangiovese, Montepulciano
Harvesting: Hand harvesting between the third part of September and the first of October ; use of small crates, selection of the bunches directly in the vineyard and later on conveyor belts
Winemaking: Crushing and destemming of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in steel under controlled temperature. Maceration of the grapes for 10-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in wood
Aging: Matured in 30hl -oak barrels for 24 months before aging in bottle for other 12 months minimum
